Wire feeding technology can make fine adjustments to the chemistry of metal. Wire feeding technology can also Increase alloy element's recycling rate.
The steel liquid treated by wire feeding technology is stable and well-mixed, Secondary oxidation will be avoided. The mixture will speed up to float. The steel liquid will be clear and well mixed.
Wire feeding can prevent air from being brought into the steel liquid.
Wire feeding technology has good adaptability, needs small investment, and has a good application range.
Wire feeding technology needs simple facilities, simple operations, and is environmentally friendly.
Types of Cored Wire
Calcium-Iron Cored Wire
Calcium-iron cored wire is primarily used in steelmaking to purify inclusions in steel. It plays a role in purifying molten steel and partially changing the nature and shape of inclusions, which improves the quality and castability of molten steel. It also enhances the performance of the steel, increases the alloy recovery rate, reduces alloy consumption, lowers steelmaking costs, shortens smelting time, and helps control the composition of the steel.
Calcium-Silicon Cored Wire
Calcium-silicon cored wire, similar to calcium-iron cored wire, is used in steelmaking to purify inclusions in steel. It aids in purifying molten steel and partially changing the nature and shape of inclusions, improving the quality and castability of molten steel. The use of calcium-silicon cored wire enhances the performance of the steel, increases the alloy recovery rate, reduces alloy consumption, lowers steelmaking costs, shortens smelting time, and helps control the composition of the steel.
Carbon Cored Wire
Carbon cored wire is used for fine-tuning the carbon content in molten steel. It aids in controlling the carbon content of the molten steel, thereby reducing production costs. The carbon cored wire is firmly coated, does not open or break, has uniform core material composition, and a high filling rate.
Application of Cored Wire

Automobile Manufacturing
High-strength steel produced cored wire and ferro calcium cored wires is widely used in the automotive industry, enhancing vehicle safety and performance.

Construction Engineering
High-quality steel is utilized in construction, improving the stability and durability of building structures.

Shipbuilding Industry
High-strength steel enhances the corrosion resistance and strength of vessels.
